ASTM F136 titanium in a 16G internally threaded flat back labret. This piece wears well for the trendy hidden helix placement with a dainty single 3mm round CZ hanging from a single drape chain. Disc is 4mm, total dangle length is 15mm to bottom of CZ. These come top and base separated to avoid tangles. Only available in titanium but you can anodize it yellow or rose gold as in picture.
